We offer free shipping on all orders. At this time we ship to the USA and Canada only.

Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days. Please note this does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies, depending on the product type and will be in addition to the order fulfillment time. For domestic orders (orders shipping to a USA address) you can find an estimated delivery time for each product on our website. It appears just above the product description on each product listing. After you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@iventr.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns

We accept product returns and exchanges on all domestic orders (i.e., orders shipping to a USA address) that are submitted within 30 days after the product is received. At this time, we are not accepting refunds or exchanges for international orders.
